I hold two Bachelor's degrees from Montclair State University: Applied Nutrition and Biology with a concentration in Anatomy and Physiology. I understand how food works in the body at the cellular level, not just the calorie level. That's the difference between a meal plan that looks good on paper and one that actually changes how you perform and feel.

I played wide receiver and safety at Howell High School, then walked on to play safety at Montclair State. I fueled my own training through college athletics. I know what it takes to eat for performance, recovery, and body composition because I did it before I coached it.

What each session targets:


Power & Explosiveness — Fast-twitch muscle recruitment is what separates reactive athletes from slow ones. We train it through plyometrics, Olympic lifting variations, and resisted speed work.


Agility & Coordination — Change-of-direction speed isn't just footwork — it's deceleration, body control, and neuromuscular timing. We train all three.
